You do this through a simple online platform (ClickUp). This way questions are registered and you can also look back at answers from a while ago. You can also track the status of your question here.
How do you handle bigger questions?
We will divide these questions into smaller sections that can be delivered within a 24-48 hour time frame.
Is there a limit in the number of applications?
There’s no limit to the number of questions you can ask. However, we handle your requests based on your subscription. This means we process one or two active tasks at a time. If you submit a question, you’ll receive an answer within 24 to 48 hours. If you ask another question in the meantime, it will only be handled once your first question has been answered.
