The existing way of working was functional but was beginning to show its limits:
Quotations were prepared entirely manually in Word documents. This made the process time-consuming and error-prone, especially when repeated adjustments were needed or existing templates were reused.
Manual Word templates meant that additional products or add-ons were often forgotten. There was no easy way to add them quickly, so upsell and cross-sell opportunities were frequently lost.
Quotes could not be signed digitally directly and there was no streamlined process of sending, following up and accepting.
Every quotation looked different. There was no uniform house style. This led to a fragmented appearance and reduced recognition among customers.
